After many years in the breed, I felt it was time to start a page devoted to our past. Pawcific started out with a Mom, who wanted a dog of her own, and a Daughter, who really wanted to do the AKC breed ring. That was a long time ago now, but we have come a long ways from making that dream come true. Our start in Cardigans is owed to many people. Judy and Stewart Williams of Windermere, who entrusted us with our first Cardigan, Debbie; Dorothy Hartcher of Llandwyn, who gave us a wealth of knowledge and sent us some lovely dogs from Australia after we had moved back; Lisa Brack of Ruatha, for letting us have Emily's first Cardigan, Ash; Kim Shira of Coedwig for noticing Rosie's qualities and helping her to become an ROM dam; and many others who gave us the opportunity to develop the Pawcific line. We have many years to come in the Cardigan breed, but those special cardigans that influenced our heritage should be remembered as that is what makes us Pawcific. I hope you enjoy!-Emily |
