For the purpose of showing at AKC/CKC dog shows. This contract will be legal and binding for the entire time the above dog is in the handlers possession. Emily or Jennifer will show your dog except in the event of a ring conflict, when another competent individual in Emily's or Jennifer's estimation will show the dog.
Clients who cancel a booking after entries have closed for a particular show are liable for the full handling fee for that show.
It is understood that all bills are due and payable upon receipt unless a special payment arrangement has been made. Any bills unpaid after 30 days are subject to a monthly service fee of 1 1/2 % (18% annually).
Should your dog become ill or injured while in Emily's or Jennifer's care, immediate veterinary attention will be sought and all charges incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.
Under no circumstances is Emily Fish or Jennifer Fish or any of her assistants to be liable for any damage which may arise from or be a direct result of the boarding, handling, or transporting of my dog(s), including but not limited to loss by fire, theft, running away, death, injury to person or dogs.
It is the owners responsibility to make sure their dog is healthy and current on all vaccinations and heartworm (optional). A current rabies certificate is required for dogs being shown in Canada. The rabies vaccination must be at least 30 days old and not more than 36 months old.
If
for any reason the handler feels the dog must be pulled, (aggression, fear, or lameness)
you will not be billed for the handling fee for that day. While
the above dog is in care of the handler, he/she will be fed under a totally raw
natural diet unless the owner makes prior arrangements for food. The fees are as follows (per day):
(Contact Emily or Jennifer for current fees) If the owner would like photos, he/she needs to tell the handler in advance when they would like photos.
Questions are welcome at any time. If ever you have a concern about finances, policies or just want to check on your dog, please do not hesitate to contact me. It is better to "ask now" and avoid any misunderstanding later for everyone’s benefit.
This
contract is being signed on the ____ day of _____ 2008. Which is legal and
binding in the state of Washington, and between the above written persons and no
other parties. No other promises, conditions or provisions are implied, unless
